According to Chef Klocko, an important element in developing the new
travel-inspired truffles was the latitude of different flavors and ingredients
combined with a complimentary chocolate ganache.



Godiva's "Tour de Truffles"

transport consumers on a gastronomic voyage to six delectable destinations.
The new collection includes:

* Mojito: Chef Klocko's interpretation includes a fusion of aromatic

spearmint spiked with hints of lime and rum, within a creamy white chocolate

ganache. The Godiva Chocolate Truffles is covered in a milk chocolate couverture

and dusted with cocoa powder.

* Horchata: Chef Klocko's recipe uses notes of the cocktail's primary

ingredients-- flavored with roasted almonds, cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar --

to create a pure translation from drink to truffle. The "gold" treasure is

nestled inside Godiva's rich dark chocolate.

* Coconut Zest: Chef Klocko accentuates the zesty lemon flavor and notes of

creamy coconut with a touch of vanilla swirled into white chocolate ganache. This

vibrant Godiva Chocolate Truffles is covered in dark chocolate and topped with

coconut fines.

* Pabana: For Godiva's Caribbean-inspired truffle, Chef Klocko tones down the

acidity of the passion fruit juice by fusing it with a basic banana flavor mixed

into milk chocolate ganache. The fragrant medley is covered in velvety dark

chocolate and decorated with stringing in a yellow hue that depicts the banana.

* Karibu: African influences of sweet honeys and crunchy cashews come

together in a truffle as warm and inviting as its Swahili translation,"Welcome

Traveler." Chef Klocko delicately folds the tenderness of blossom honey flavor

into white chocolate ganache garnished with roasted cashews for a "welcome"

addition to the Godiva Chocolate Truffles collection.

* Caramel Solstice: Chef Klocko blends soft caramel with oils of orange, and
adds speckles of roasted hazelnuts for this "heavenly" piece bathed in
dark chocolate.

Godiva's Limited Edition Truffles will be showcased in a deluxe 24-piece
assortment box featuring four of each of the six truffles.The
truffles will also be sold in a "flight" of six, exclusively at Godiva's
